I am passionate about creating meaningful, supportive educational experiences where learners and families feel valued and empowered. As both an educational leader and a graduate of a Pennsylvania cyber charter school, I understand firsthand the impact that school choice and virtual education can have on students and families.
I enjoy bringing together people, ideas, and practical systems to solve challenges and create positive change. My leadership approach is centered on listening, making thoughtful decisions, and empowering others to do their work with confidence and independence. I am especially motivated by opportunities to remove barriers, strengthen relationships, and help create a school environment where everyone can thrive.
Outside of work, I volunteer as a synchronized ice skating team manager, where I enjoy supporting young athletes and helping create a positive and successful team experience.
