I’m amazed at the connection that students and teachers can make here at Achievement House. Even though we might not see each other or live in the same area of the state, we can still build meaningful relationships with our students, and that is my favorite part of teaching here!
Personal Bio
If I weren’t an English teacher, I’d probably be an exercise instructor or coach. I competed in track and field throughout high school and college, and I still love to exercise almost every day. My main job, besides being a teacher, is being a mom to my three kids. They are my most precious gift! I enjoy singing on my church’s worship team, anything chocolate, spending time with friends and family, reading, and listening to 80s music.
