My role is to help students and families by ensuring quality care of special education records, related services, and other applicable needs of the department which directly affect the success of our students. What I love about my job is how our community really cares for students and the academics we provide. As a Cyber school we provide unconventional learning opportunities to students which I believe is important to educational choice, allowing students to have the education they desire and need for their lifestyle and learning type.
Personal Bio
My name is Sarah McMickle. I am a Mom of two dogs, a cat, and a baby boy arriving in February, 2023! I have spent the last 10 years in an educational settings as a teacher of early learners as well as, a program coordinator, academic advisor, and teaching assistant for middle and high school students. I have also worked inside of early and elementary brick and mortar classroom and community settings aiding teachers and students as a support staff to students of different abilities. Education is a place where I feel happy and successful and I enjoy supporting students and families in the growing success of their learners each and every day.
