A local teacher recently presented at the International Society for Technology in Education conference.
More than 18,000 global educators and industry stakeholders attended this year’s International Society for Technology in Education conference at the Philadelphia Convention Center from June 23-26.
Attendees chose from 1,400 sessions that were selected from 6,000 proposals submitted by experts throughout the globe.
Achievement House Cyber Charter School, headquartered in Exton, sent six teachers to individually and collaboratively present at the conference to show educators from around the globe how they can integrate technology into their everyday teachings.
Those teachers were Gina Grandy of Lower Pottsgrove, Brittany Wentz of Morgantown, Katie Mastauskas of Silverdale, Tyler Hughes of New Florence, Jim Flick of Upper South Hampton, and Veronica Farr of Wynnewood.
