I enjoy connecting with others, listening to their needs, and finding ways to make their experience more positive and meaningful.
I am inspired by the passion and creativity of educators and feel fortunate to support the Achievement House community behind the scenes. Knowing that my work helps create an environment where employees can thrive—and ultimately better serve learners and families—is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new camping destinations with my family, especially hidden gems without cell service where we can explore nature, disconnect from technology, unwind, and enjoy a good book.

Leads Achievement House’s human resources operations and supports employees throughout their experience with the organization, with a focus on recruiting and retaining talented professionals, strengthening employee engagement and well-being, promoting fair and compliant practices, and developing people-centered programs.
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION: Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
