Michelle Hapich

Cyber education is important to me because technology can create greater access, simplify learning, and give educators more time to focus on what matters most—supporting students. I am passionate about using technology and data to create smarter systems that help every learner succeed.

I am passionate about using technology to make education more accessible, efficient, and supportive for students, families, and educators. After many years in education as a mathematics and computer science teacher and technology integrator, I enjoy finding practical ways to use technology and data to solve problems and improve the way people work.

I believe that every learner has the ability to grow when they are encouraged to be curious, build confidence, and believe in themselves. I am inspired by the dedication of teachers, mentors, and counselors and enjoy providing them with the tools and support they need to help students succeed.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family, reading, swimming, and spending time with my dogs, Artemis and Dexter.
