Christina Swiontek

I believe every student and educator has the potential to grow when given the right support, encouragement, and opportunities. I am passionate about removing barriers, strengthening learning experiences, and creating an environment where people feel heard, trusted, and empowered to succeed.

Personal Bio

I am passionate about helping students and educators recognize their potential and find meaningful paths toward growth and success. I believe that strong leadership starts with listening, understanding individual needs, and creating the support people need to move forward with confidence.

I especially value Achievement House’s ability to meet learners where they are, support them through challenges, celebrate their progress, and help them find a path to graduation. I enjoy working with students, families, and educators to create positive opportunities and build stronger learning experiences.

Outside of work, I enjoy live music, traveling, and spending time with my family and our dog, Daisy.
