When you’re raising a gifted child, staying connected, informed, and inspired is so important. While your school’s communities are a key part of your support system, it’s just as important to explore resources outside of school that can guide you through the ups, downs, and incredible growth that come with parenting children with unique talents.
That’s why we love introducing families to trusted organizations that truly understand the gifted experience. One of AHCCS’s favorites? The Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education (PAGE).
Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been navigating GIEPs for years, PAGE offers a wealth of tools, knowledge, and connection points designed specifically for parents like you. From practical advocacy tips to heartwarming community stories, PAGE has something for every stage of the journey.

PAGE is a statewide, volunteer-run nonprofit that’s been advocating for gifted learners since 1951. Their mission is simple and powerful: to educate, inform, and support families and educators of gifted children in Pennsylvania.
They do this by offering trusted guidance, resources, professional learning opportunities, and a strong parent network — all designed to help gifted children get the education they need and deserve.
There are a variety of free resources available through PAGE, but they also offer a paid membership for additional benefits.
