Drinking too much coffee or soda can make you feel jittery.

4. Take time for yourself!

Doing activities that you enjoy can boost your mood and make you feel more relaxed.

5. Make a daily to-do list!

Reward yourself with something you enjoy doing when you have completed all your tasks.

6. Keep a consistent schedule! 

Set aside time for your schoolwork, exercise, and social activities. 

7. Reach out to your teachers, mentors, or guidance counselors!

Talking through situations can put your mind at ease and help you find a solution.

8. Go to class and make new friends!

There are a lot of other students here who can support you and relate to how you may be feeling.

9. Don’t hold your emotions in!

Using things like journaling, artwork, or other creative outlets can give voice to your feelings.

10. Take a look on the bright side!

Each day, remind yourself of 5 things that you are grateful for.
